Brief Description

Many risked their lives to help the victims of Nazi persecution. Students will read accounts of those rescuers and view photographs related to several of those compelling stories to write reflective essays.

Objectives

Students will

  • learn about people who risked their lives to save others.
  • write a reflective essay based on what the students might have done had they lived in Nazi-occupied Europe.
