QUESTION:

Are high schools required to provide military recruiters with access to their campuses?

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION:

Local educational agencies receiving assistance under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act must provide military recruiters the same access to secondary school students as is provided generally to post secondary educational institutions or to prospective employers of those students.
