PASSING ALONG A GOOD ATTITUDE
Create a "Good Attitude" certificate and award it to staff members. Write their names on the back of the certificate. GRIN AND SHARE IT

Johnny thought about it for a moment, then said, "You know, come to think of it, we went to Ohio."
Drive your staff happy!
